How do I cancel?

Can I watch what the expert does?
Yes — the whole time. You see everything on your own screen, the expert explains each step before doing it, and you can end the session whenever you like.
What if it can't be fixed?
If it isn't going to be fixed by about minute 35, the expert says so. You choose a free second session or your money back.
What does "renews at $149" mean?
All-Year Help renews once a year at the same price you paid — $149. We email you 30 days before, and you can cancel any time before that online.
What counts as fair use?
As many sessions as you need for real problems on PCs you own, with up to two sessions booked at a time. Not for businesses or PCs you don't own.
Will you scan my PC before I pay?
No. You tell us what's wrong when you book, and we quote one price before anything is installed or changed.
How soon can I get a session?
You pick any open time on a real calendar, during US Eastern business hours. The calendar only shows times that are actually free, and the next open session is shown on the pricing page.
